    Der SO-Grat ist eine schöne Alternative zum gerölllastigen Normalweg. Man kann (wie oben beschrieben) bei den Seen oder schon bei der Hütte auf den Grat aufsteigen oder man peilt die markante Rinne am unteren Ende des Hauptgrates an - von dort nur Kletterei Richtung Gipfel (max. UIAA II), ohne Abstiege. Dazu steigt man den Normalweg auf und quert am Wandfuß nach rechts und steigt unangenehm im losen Schutt zur Rinne auf. Beim kompletten Grat geht es mehrfach auf und ab, Weg ist oftmals unklar, außerdem sind 2 kurze Abseilstellen eingerichtet. Beide lassen sich aber auch umgehen, wenn man kein Seil dabei hat: vor dem Joch zum Linard Pitschen über einen Quergang in der östlichen Flanke (II+/III-, aber ausgesetzt), die 2. Stelle lässt sich gut erkennbar abklettern. Zur Ausrüstung: Hochtourenausrüstung braucht's nicht. Steigeisen/Pickel nach Verhältnissen. Kletterausrüstung & Seil sollten dabei sein, sind aber von den persönlichen Fähigkeiten abhängig. Standplätze/Bolts gibt's nur sehr vereinzelt.

    Der Gipfel und auch die Hütte sind wunderschön, allerdings ist die Tour im oberen Bereich schon etwas für ausgeprägte Geröllliebhaber. Gefühlt ist der ganze Bergstock lose und in den langen Rinnen hat man selten einen stabilen Tritt unter den Beinen.

    Wenn man mit Auto anreist, kann man gut in Bergün parken und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zum Startpunkt fahren. Auf Grialetsch-Hütte nur Barzahlung. Auf Grialetsch-Hütte und Kesch-Hütte ggf. Handy aufladen nicht möglich. Letzter Tag bis Bergün ist lang, aber meist nicht so herausragend wie die anderen Tage. Insgesamt sehr schöne Panoramen !

    Super abwechlungsreiche Wanderung. Zuerst durch den Wald, dann ziemlich steil hoch und dann mitten in den Bergen. Wunderschön. Wir haben 1 Murmeltier gesehen. Unbedingt machen. P8 ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für die Wanderung. Kaum Leute.

    Landschaftlich traumhafte Tour im idealen Skitourengelände. Die letzten 60 Hm zum Gipfel bin ich wie die meisten zu Fuß gegangen. Ich bin die Aufstiegsroute auch wieder abgefahren, da mir im steilen Nordhang etwas zu wenig Schnee lag und ich zudem spät dran war. Auch auf der Aufstiegsroute gibt es aber schöne Abfahrtsabschnitte. Parkplätze gab es trotz Kaiserwetter ausreichend
