    Die Tour hatte wir im 1.-4. Juli 2021 geradelt. Gestartet sind wir in Lauf an der Pegnitz. Die ersten zwei Tage ging es an der Pegnitz, Vils, Naab entlang: sehr idyllisch, sehr schöne Natur und kleine Ortschaften und haben fast niemanden getroffen - Altmühl belebter - Ludwig-Main-Donaukanal sehr schön, aber nach endlosen km mit nur Wäldern und Fluss sehr eintönig - kaum landschaftliche Abwechslung. Sehr zu empfehlen :) - Aber die Höhenmeter sind wohl auf nur eine Etappe zu sehen: insgesamt waren es über 2.000 hm !!
