Die Panoramalage auf der Reggelberger Hochfläche macht das Gebiet rund um Deutschnofen zum Logenplatz für das Alpenglühen. Wenn die Berge im Licht der untergehenden Sonne rot erstrahlen, beobachtet man dieses Spektakel beispielsweise vom Weißhorn. Wem das zu steil ist, der findet auch auf den Panoramawanderwegen rund um Deutschnofen ein aussichtsreiches Plätzchen.

Auch kulinarisch kann man sich in Deutschnofen verwöhnen lassen – beispielsweise mit dem leckeren Käse aus der Hofkäserei Learner. Käsermeister Stefan Köhl verarbeitet auf dem Mehrgenerationenhof die Milch von 35 Stück Südtiroler Grauvieh zu prämiertem Berg- und Schnittkäse.

Auch rund um Deutschnofen gibt es einiges zu entdecken. Da wäre zum Beispiel der Wallfahrtsort Maria Weißenstein, zu dessen großer Kirche sich jedes Jahr tausende Besucher aufmachen und in dessen Umgebung man wunderbar spazieren kann. Etwa zur Petersberger Leger Alm, die seit 2013 mit einem vegetarisch/veganen Konzept überzeugt.

Im kleinen Örtchen Petersberg befindet sich der älteste 18 Loch Golfplatz Südtirols, wo man mit herrlichem Panoramablick den Schläger schwingen kann.

Das benachbarte Dorf Obereggen ist das Tor zum Latemar. Ob im Winter mit Skiern oder im Sommer mit Wanderschuhen: dieser malerische Gebirgsstock lohnt es, entdeckt zu werden. Für Sportliche bietet sich die Tour zur Latemarhütte an, Genießer finden auf der Süßen Hüttentour garantiert ihren Lieblingsnachtisch.

    Giro fatto in una stupenda giornata con la possibilità di godere di un bellissimo panorama. Percorso tecnico e difficile, da non sottovalutare. Penso che si giocherà la palma del miglior giro dell'anno per quel che mi riguarda. The ride was done on a beautiful day, offering the opportunity to enjoy beautiful landscapes. It's a technical and challenging track, not to be underestimated. I think it'll be a contender for my best ride of the year.

    Anspruchsvolle Bergtour und mit der Östlichen Latemarspitze ein Aussichtsturm erster Güte. Mein absoluter Lieblingsplatz im gesamten Eggental. Das „innere“ Latemar ist so ganz anders als der Blick auf die schroffen Türme von der nördlichen Seite aus. Sehr abwechslungsreiche Tour für absolut trittsichere und erfahrene Bergwanderer. Einen Abstecher auf den Diamantiditurm kann man noch mitnehmen, wenn die Kondition mitmacht.

    Toller Klettersteig mit Wahnsinns Weitblick über Rosengarten, Marmolada und co. Sehr wenig frequentiert. Vom Klettersteig kommt man hoch auf die Latemartürme . Vorsicht der Weg ist sehr schlecht zu erkennen und sehr geröllig aber es lohnt sich ! Ich bin auf dem Rückweg zur Latemarhütte und von dort abgestiegen. Route verlängert sich dann um Ca 1,5 Stunden.

    Herrliche Rundtour mit toller Aussicht. Bergbahnzeiten beachten. Würde die Tour unbedingt in dieser Richtung gehen, dann befindet sich die Schlüsselstelle gleich am Beginn des Klettersteigs.

    Sehr schöne Tour, jedoch ist mittlerweile eine Art Kletterausrüstung notwendig. Alternativ kann man vor einem Holzgatter (Welches beschreibt das die Route seit 2025 gesperrt ist) rechts abbiegen und einen etwa 2km langen Umweg laufen. Dieser Führt auch zum Gipfel!

    Nicht für Anfänger, keine Schotterstrassen, sondern eher grob felsige Strassen, an steilen Stücken bisweilen ~23% Steigung. Eher gute technische Fahrer oder E-Bike wg Kraft und Koordination notwendig, da ein Anstieg. Ansonsten wirklich schön.
