    Hallo Claudia, vielen Dank für deine gute Beschreibung dieses spannenden Südalpenberges! Ein paar Erfahrungen unserer Begehung: 1. Wegfindung unterer Teil: Bis zu den Seen (Lago di Quota) ist die Wegfindung nicht immer ganz eindeutig, man findet aber immer wieder Steinmänner und Pfadspuren, gibt sicher mehrere Varianten, wir haben uns im Bereich des Tracks gehalten. Im Abstieg sind wir dann ab den Seen den Markierungen weiter gefolgt (von oben führen diese am Nordufer des kleinen Sees nördlich des Lago di Quota vorbei). Von unten quert man auf 2300 m weiter nach Norden und quert bei einem Wasserhäuschen gleich den Bach, dort sieht man rote-weiße Markierungen in größeren Abständen + Steinmänner und man folgt dem Rücken nordseitig des Bachs (teils ebenfalls weglos). Ich habe versucht, den Wegverlauf in das erste Bild einzuzeichnen. Lässt sich eher noch schöner gehen. 2. Wegfindung oberer Teil: sehr gut beschrieben. Zwischen etwa 2950 m und 3050 m im Geröllhang unter dem Couloir war es uns nicht ganz klar und wir konnten keinen Pfad entdecken. Wir sind in der nach Osten ziehenden Senke geblieben und haben teils sogar auf die rechte Begrenzung gewechselt, wodurch man flacher zum Einstieg gelangt. Runterwärts sind wir den Geröllhang aufgrund von Spuren direkter angegangen, sind aber im knapp 40° steilen Moränengelände gelandet. 3. Der Gletscher kann einfach in einer schuttigen Senke umgangen werden, falls er blank sein sollte. Wir konnten ohne Stöcke und mit Zustiegsschuhen einfach drüber. 4. Die Drahtseilpassage zum Gipfel ist nicht vertikal und zudem griffig (es gibt ausreichend Griffe, um die Kette bei Klettergewandheit nicht benutzen zu müssen). 5. Zustieg zum Passo di Verva: Wir sind von Norden mit den Mountainbikes gekommen. Die Alpe Verva ist eine geniale, unkomplizierte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit (scheint wenig frequentiert, tolle Verpflegung, authentisches Erlebnis) und der nächstgelegene Ausgangspunkt für den Gipfeltag. Die Zufahrt von Eita auf den Pass ist nur bedingt für Mtb geeignet, sehr steil und grobschottrig, allein runter ist man schon beschäftigt. 6. Wir haben die Tour in eine Dreitagestour mit Öffis verpackt, quasi als Mtb-Mini-Transalp + Gipfelbesteigung. Am ersten Tag von Landeck nach Mals (Heckständer 4-5 Räder) und mit dem Schweizer Postbus auf den Ofenpass (Süsom Give, Radanhänger 20 Plätze, reservierbar); über Val Mora - Lago Cancano - Alpe Trela - Arnoga zur Alpe Verva. Zweiter Tag mit den Bikes auf den Passo Verva und auf den Gipfel, mit dem Rad zum Rifugio Eita. Am dritten Tag ins Veltlin und nach Tirano (wir haben als "Goodie" den Val Grosina Trail mitgenommen). Ab Tirano fährt einmal täglich ein Schweizer Postbus (Heckständer, Rad- und Personenreservierung obligatorisch über den Umbrail zurück ins Münstertal. Von dort über Mals zurück ins Tiroler Inntal.

    wenn man schnell vom Pizzo Dosde zurückkommt kann man diese Tour hervorragend anhängen. Vorausgesetzt die Lawinenlage und die körperliche Fitness lassen dies zu!

    Schöner und erstaunlich abwechslungsreicher Weg. Der Ort hat viel zu bieten und ein Stern Abzug gibt's wegen der Strecke an der Abba entlang, der nur geteert ist. Aber insgesamt eine schöne Runde mit einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Strecke ist meist für Kinderwagen geeignet, man muss ihn ca 3x kurz tragen. Viel Spaß
