    Schöne und meist recht ruhige, aussichtsreiche Tour. Der Appelhausparkplatz ist für ca. 7 Autos - ein Fahrverbot und ein Parkverbotschild zeigen aber deutlich, dass der Parkplatz nur fürs Appelhaus ist. Besser die Tour direkt an der Straße beim Parkplatz "Bettlumkehr" am See starten (12 EUR Tagesgebühr - Stand 2025, siehe https://www.grundlsee.at/auto.html ) und danach noch in den See hüpfen. Die Outdooractive Karte zeigt den teils unmarkierten Pfad perfekt an, der hier veröffentlichte GPS Track ist leider etwas ungenau (evtl neu "routen" auf der Outdooractive Karte?). Tipp, in der letzten Kehre unterhalb vom Almbergloch auf ca. 1350m befindet sich ein Abzweig zu einer Quelle/Wasserfall mit einem idealen schönen kleinen Rastplatz.

    Toller Steig, alpinistisch sehr anspruchsvoll. Wir haben die Runde in umgekehrter Richtung gemacht, rauf ist einfacher als runter. Der GPS-Track stimmt sehr gut mit dem in der ÖK50-Karte eingezeichneten Weg überein. Nach der Brücke gleich links raufgehen und nicht den Steigspuren geradeaus folgen, hier startet auch die Markierung. Für erfahrene Bergsteiger empfehlenswert, nix für Turnschuhwanderer.

    Sehr gute Beschreibung. Trotzdem war die Wegfindung manchmal etwas tricky. Augen auf!! Und vom GPS- Track nicht irritieren lassen, sondern den alpinen Spürsinn aktivieren 😉 Das Wegstück vom "Sattel" östlich des Beerenkogels bis zum alten Forstweg beim Hinterbach ist sehr stark verwachsen. Durch umgestürzte Bäume wird man leicht von den nur schwach ausgeprägten, kaum sichtbaren Pfadspuren abgedrängt.

    Schöne abwechslungsreiche Tour. Das mit dem Wasser stimmt nicht, es gibt drei Quellen auf der Tour, einmal am Aibl, dann beim Abstieg in die Elmgrube kurz nach dem Abblasbühel und dann noch etwa einen halben Kilometer nach dem Drausengatterl. Die haben gestern alle Wasser geliefert.
