Maps and trails
Geographically, Seewald lies on the edge of the northern Black Forest and is surrounded by a picturesque landscape. The region is characterised by dense forests, clear rivers and idyllic valleys - a true paradise for nature lovers.

Most relevant to tourism are the numerous hiking opportunities in the area surrounding Seewald. Here you can experience the beauty of nature on well-marked hiking trails. One particularly recommended route leads to the Wildsee, a crystal-clear mountain lake with spectacular views.

Cultural highlights can also be discovered in Seewald. The local history museum houses a collection of historical objects from everyday life in times gone by as well as works of art by regional artists. Another highlight is the annual town festival, where local music groups perform and regional specialities are on offer.

For culinary discoveries, be sure to try the Black Forest ham or the famous Kirschwasser - both are typical products of this region of Germany.

If it rains, you don't have to give up your outdoor activities: The treetop path in the nearby Black Forest National Park offers a breathtaking view over the forests, even in bad weather.

The most beautiful time in Seewald is spring and summer. Then the meadows and fields are in full bloom and the temperatures invite you to outdoor activities.

In summary, Seewald as a destination offers a lot of activities for every taste - from hiking through the forest to enjoying regional specialities. A visit is definitely worthwhile!

Man braucht echt Zeit.

5Std. Gehzeit sollte man einplanen. Etwas viel Schotterwege, daher ein Stern weniger.
