Olpe

Geographically, Olpe is located on the edge of the Ebbegebirge Nature Park and stretches along Lake Bigge, one of the largest reservoirs in Germany. The region is known for its unspoilt nature with numerous hiking trails and cycling routes as well as opportunities for fishing or boating on the lake.

For cultural highlights, we recommend a visit to the historic old town with its 17th-century half-timbered houses and the impressive St. Martin's Church from the 19th century. Another highlight is the "Villa Wessel" museum, which presents contemporary art exhibitions.
