    Wunderbare Tour, hat von allem etwas: ca. 30% Pfad, 30% Waldwege, der Rest Schotter und ganz wenig Straße - durch den Wald, auf das freie Feld, am Waldrand - verschiedene Waldtypen, Nah- und Weitsichten. Durchaus fordernd an einigen (wenigen) Stellen, genug Passagen zum Ausruhen beim Laufen. Ja, der Lärm naher Straßen ist manchmal nervig, aber wo bekommt man alles so, wie man es haben will? Ggf. 4.5 von 5 Punkten wg. Lärmabzug, aber auch nicht mehr. An einem Montag keine Menschenseele getroffen, die Pfade waren gut zu laufen und mit GPS kein Problem, den richtigen Weg zu finden.     Es ist Mitte September, blauer Himmel und 16 Grad. Bestes Wanderwetter. Die Postraubraubroute ist eine schöne Route, die von hauptsächlich durch Wald oder am Waldrand und Feld verläuft. Imposant ist der steile Hohlweg, auf dem der Überfall auf die Postkutsche nach mehreren Fehlversuchen noch "erfolgreich" stattfand. Vor ziemlich genau 200 Jahren. Mit einem kurzen Abstecher ist man auf dem kleinen Bruder vom Rimbergtum, dem Koppeturm. Uns hat die Route sehr gefallen. Sie endete im Kornhaus bei leckerem Essen. 👍

    Ich liebe die parkartige Landschaft des Lahn-Dill-Berglandes mit seinen Wiesentälern, Hecken und bewaldeten Kuppen. Auf dieser Runde bekommt man das satt zu sehen. Wechselnde, meist breite Wege, gut beschildert, abwechslungsreiche Landschaft, immer wieder schöne Sichtachsen, Durch- und Ausblicke. Blühende Wiesen und im Wald Fingerhut. Fuchs, Feldhase, Neuntöter, Kolkraben, Rotmilane. Der Wald mit nur geringen Schäden, inzwischen ein Wert für sich. So gut wie kein Verkehrslärm, ebenfalls selten in Mittelhessen! Wunderschöner Abstieg ins Salzbödetal. Tatsächlich etwas schade: Rastmöglichkeiten nach Rodenhausen sparsam, gerade dann, wenn man müde wird und eine bräuchte. Einkehr zwischendrin nicht möglich, nur zum Schluss ins Kornhaus. Schmaler Weg hinter Rodenhausen am Himmersbachtal wächst derzeit mit Schlehe zu .

    Ein toller Wanderweg, der auch für Anfänger geeignet ist. Die Etappen sind sehr abwechslungsreich gestaltet, was mir super gefallen hat. Für Unterwegs sollte man sich Proviant mitnehmen, da Einkehrmöglichkeiten direkt am Weg rar sind. Werde die Region definitiv wieder besuchen!

    wir sind den Weg von Hartenrod aus hin und zurück geradelt, da es leider keine direkte ÖPNV-Verbindung gibt. Seltsamerweise gehört das letzte Stück bis zur Mündung in die Lahn nicht zum offiziellen Radweg. Der hört mitten in Odenhausen auf ... und der gps-Track, der hier angeboten wird, verläuft teilweise anders als die Beschilderung am Radweg. Wir sind den Schildern gefolgt, da dadurch Straßenabschnitte vermieden wurden... ist wohl noch nicht zu Ende gedacht/geplant/ausgeführt ... Die letzten Meter bis zur Mündung bin ich zu Fuß über einen Wiesenweg gegangen. Uns hat dieser Radweg aber alles in allem gut gefallen, fast nur auf ruhigen Wirtschaftswegen mit ausreichend Rastmöglichkeiten - empfehlenswert!
