Maps and trails
Erlenmoos is located in the heart of Upper Swabia and is surrounded by picturesque hills, forests and lakes. This region is known for its gentle landscapes with numerous hiking and cycling trails. Here you can enjoy the beauty of nature or simply relax.

One of the most important sights in Erlenmoos is the baroque Wolfegg Castle from the 18th century. It houses an impressive collection of historical furniture, paintings and porcelain objects. Another highlight is the 15th century St. John's Church with its beautiful fresco cycle.

For culture enthusiasts, Erlenmoos also offers some interesting events such as the annual Wolfegg Concert Summer Festival or the traditional Christmas market on the castle square.

Culinary, this region has a lot to offer: Be sure to try the regional specialities such as spaetzle, Maultaschen or Swabian onion roast - best accompanied by a glass of wine from one of the many local wineries.

The best seasons for outdoor activities are spring to autumn: hike through the rolling hills and forests, explore the nearby Federsee lake or take a bike tour along the Danube. In winter, you can also go skiing or cross-country skiing in the area.

Even when it rains, there are plenty of things to do in Erlenmoos: For example, visit the Erwin Hymer Museum for mobile travel and camping - here you can learn all about the history of the caravan. Or relax in the Bad Buchau thermal baths.

One thing is for sure: Erlenmoos is worth a trip at any time of year! Discover this charming region in the district of Biberach and let yourself be enchanted by its beauty.
