Eggstätt is known for its unique geographical location. It lies at the foot of the Chiemgau Alps and is home to three beautiful lakes: the Hartsee, the Weitsee and the Egglburger See. These bodies of water offer many outdoor activities throughout the year, such as swimming, boating or fishing.

    Eine schöne Variante einer Wanderungen in der Eggstätter Seenplatte. Nur ganz im Nordwesten des Hartsees würden wir beim nächsten Mal nicht der empfohlenen Route folgen sondern uns das Stück bis zur Kreisstraße auf dem östlichen Pfad, näher am See, halten. Der dürfte landschaftlich reizvoller sein und man spart sich vor allem einen, wenn auch nur ca. 100m langen Abschnitt, ohne Fuß- oder Radweg direkt auf der Straße.

    Eine nicht so anstrengende Tour. Ausgangspunkt und Ziel ist der Parkplatz ist am Obinger Strandbad. Das Gelände ist wellig, überwiegend asphaltiert. Lediglich auf dem Chiemseeradweg Schotter, aber auch fester Untergrund. Zahlreiche Einkehrmöglichkeiten. In Seeon ist von Dienstag bis Samstag die Bäckerei der Brauerei Camba bon 9:00 bis 19:00 Uhr geöffnet. Es gibt traditionelle gebackenes Brot und ein süffiges Bier.

    Sehr schöne Tour durch das Naturschutzgebiet mit den Seen bei Egstätt und Blick auf die Berge auf der Ratzingerhöhe. Sehr schöne Badeplätze bei Pietzing und nahe Baierbach. Nicht so schön ist das Fahren auf der viel befahrenen Straße zwischen Haimling und Ecking. Insgeamt aber eine schöne Radtour!

    Wunderschöne Tour, besonders die erste Hälfte ist landschaftlich sehr schön. Den Startpunkt habe ich zum Sportplatz verlegt, hier kann man in Ruhe das Rad aus dem Auto holen und sich für die Tour vorbereiten. Die Streckenbeschaffenheit beinhaltet alle Arten von Wegen, von der Asphaltstraße bis zum Waldweg, alles vorhanden. Ich habe den bereitgestellten Track in meinen Nyon Fahrradcomputer geladen und bin ihn entspannt nach gefahren. Danke der Autorin
