    Ich habe die Tour bei minus 4 Grad gemacht, neblig und der Tag war trübe - für mich die optimale Zeit für die Wanderung. Im Sommer glaube ich fressen einen die Schnaken,wenn man sich nicht ausreichend Schützt. Die Wege sind gut begehbar und anhand der Fußstapfen wohl auch gut besucht - zurecht finde ich. Ich habe mir zur Wegfindung die GPX Datei heruntergeladen, was im Nachhinein kein Fehler war. Beschilderung oder Hinweise auf den genannten Weg habe ich so gut wie keine gefunden oder gesehenen. Ob und zu waren an Schilder verschiedene Aufkleber mit Ruundwege, die waren aber zum Teil schon sehr verblasst und nicht mehr lesbar. Alles in aber eine schöne Wanderung - immer wieder zu empfehlen.

    Ich bin die Strecke nach einer Woche Dauerregen gefahren: Bei solchem Wetter muss man mit aufgeweichten, vermatschten und wegen Hochwasser gesperrten Wegen rechnen. Dann gab es an der einen oder anderen Stelle noch Umleitungen wegen Bauarbeiten (Stand: Anfang April 23). -> Kartenmaterial mitnehmen lohnt sich, wer ortskundig ist, kann darauf verzichten. Trotzdem hat mir die Strecke sehr gut gefallen (ich werde sie bei trockenerem Wetter nochmals wiederholen).

    Nachdem wir vor drei Jahren die "kleine" Tour (Am Unterlauf der Alb) mit knapp 40 Kilometer gemacht haben und es uns außerordentlich gut gefallen hat, haben wir nun die etwas größere Tour in Angriff genommen. Und unsere hohen Erwartungen sind auch dieses Mal nicht enttäuscht worden! Auch hier eignet sich der Parkplatz am Kühlen Krug gut als Startpunkt - wenn man nicht allzu spät beginnt, hat man sogar einen Schattenparkplatz... Schade, dass das Andreasbräu noch nicht geöffnet hat, aber auch der Biergarten "Kühler Krug" lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein krönender Abschluß einer toll zusammengestellten Tour!
