    Weitestgehend traumhaft. Allerdings ist der Track nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Wir mussten an 3 Stellen umkehren und Alternativen suchen, was aber relativ gut geklappt hat, darum der eine Punkt Abzug.

    Viiiiel Wald und eine traumhafte Ruhe. MMn sollte man früh losgehen. An Wegbelägen ist fast von allem was dabei. Hatte das Glück das auf dem Stück zwischen Brücke und Wildnistrail die Hirsche auf der anderen Seite der Urft im Wald rumgeröhrt haben.

    Dit is een heel mooie tocht door voornamelijk bossen. Er zitten een paar stevige hellingen in. Ik zou toch wandelstokken meenemen. Ga hem nog wel een paar keer lopen voor hoogtemeters te trainen. Je kunt het rondje een aantal keren achter elkaar lopen. Je bent na zo'n 4.30 uur weer bij de auto en dan kun je weer vers water en eten meenemen.

    Die Tour war bei uns nur via 16,5 km lang und hatte auch nur 460 hm. Als schwierig würde ich sie auch nicht bezeichnen. Es geht zu gut 90% nur über Forstwege. Zum Schluss ging es über einen schmaleren Weg noch mal bergauf, aber auch das sollte für geübte Wanderer kein Problem sein. Das Positive, es ging durch einen sehr schönen Wald der zu großen Teilen aus Mischwald bestand.

    Eine schöne, abwechslungsreiche Strecke, bei der uns vor allem die Aussicht vom Eugenienstein gefallen hat. Aber auch sonst gab es wildromantische Abschnitte an der Rur, felsige Pfade rund um Nideggen sowie tolle Panoramen, z.B. von der Christinenley auf Burg Nideggen. Empfehlenswert!
