    Heute fiel die Auswahl auf diese Wanderung. Gestartet sind wir bei der Lippachmühle. Es war sonnig aber auch windig. Die Tour hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Die Märzenbecher standen in voller Blüte und waren herrlich anzusehen. Die Wege und Pfade waren sehr abwechslungsreich und es gab viel zu sehen unterwegs. Der Höhepunkt war der Aufstieg auf Treppen durch die Märzenbechermatten nach Mahlstetten. Der Track dagegen ist eine wahre Katastrophe, überhaupt nicht nachgearbeitet. Ich musste vor der Tour den Track zuerst nachbearbeiten, das ist schon nervig. Als Beispiel habe ich einen Kartenausschnitt als Bild angehängt, schwarz ist das Original, cyan ist der an die Wege angepasster Track.

    Tolle Wanderung. Abwechslungsreich, aussichtsreich und auch ein bisschen anstrengend. Gute Schuhe und auch Stöcke sind empfehlenswert, vor allem wenn es nass ist oder viel Laub liegt. Wenn man die Tour am „Alten Berg“ beginnt hat man gleich zweimal was vom phantastischen Alpenblick.

    Von der Albhochfläche zur Donau. Zuerst über die Wiesen und Felder zum Alten Berg mit seiner Kapelle in einer schönen Heidelandschaft und letztmals einen tollen Rundumblick. Hinab zum Grauentalquelle mit seinem Naturkühlschrank und hinauf zu einem schönen Pfad an der Traufkante zum Schäfertal. Die letzen 7 km von der Lippachermühle bis Mühlheim ziehen sich dann etwas.

    Eine sehr schöne Tour an einem sonnigen Herbsttag. Wir empfehlen in Egesheim zu starten. Dann hat man den knackigen Anstieg zu Beginn und nicht am Schluss. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten beim Gemeindehaus, Sportplatz oder Kläranlage. In der Mitte des Ursentals findet man einen sehr schönen Vesperplatz mit Brunnen.

    Konditionell fordernde, aber lohnende Tagestour. Die verschiedenen Felsen, Ruinen, Brunnen und Kapellen sorgen für Abwechslung. Der Asphalt- bzw. Schotteranteil ist tatsächlich recht hoch, für die kurzen Auf- und Abstiege auf Trampelpfaden zu den Highlights sind trotzdem stabile Schuhe mit gutem Profil ratsam, besonders wenn es nicht so knochentrocken ist wie heute, als wir unterwegs waren. Trotz Feriensonntag war es über weite Teile der Strecke herrlich einsam.

    Eine wirklich tolle Tour, die wir am Himmelfahrtstag 2022 gemacht haben! Sehr abwechslungsreich von den Landschaft her, aber auch was die Wegearten betrifft. Etwas Zeit einplanen sollte man für einen Aufenthalt am Klippeneck. Hier kann man die Aussicht bis in den Nord-/Südschwarzwald genießen oder dem Segelflugbetrieb zusehen. Mit Einkehrmöglichkeiten direkt an der Route sieht es leider etwas mau aus. Da das Restaurant am Klippeneck geschlossen ist bleibt eigentlich nur die Lippachmühle. Wer auf Selbstversorgung eingestellt hat findet allerdings verschiedene Grillplätze, u.a. am Klippeneck oder am Schäferbrunnen bei Böttingen. Auch sonst sind an der Strecke reichlich Sitzgelegenheiten, manchmal mit Tisch, vorhanden. Wer noch Zeit und Lust hat, kann nach dem Klippeneck noch einen kleinen Abstecher zum "3F-Berg" fahren. Kleiner Tipp am Rande: Die Tour führt auf fast 1000 m Höhe und stellenweise kann der Wind recht frisch sein. Ggf. also lieber eine Schicht mehr anziehen.

    Gute Rundtour, bei günstigem Wetter eine Top-Aussicht vom alten Berg bis zu den Alpen. Als Startpunk würde ich das nächste mal die Lippachmühle wählen. Das hat den Vorteil dass kein steiler Anstieg zum Parkplatz mehr ansteht und man nach der Wanderung gemütlich einkehren kann. Gutes Schuhwerk ist bei Nässe auf jeden fall erforderlich da es auf den Pfaden rutschig und matschig werden kann.
