    A nice hike on well marked paths. Excellent views and nice terrain. We have done it several times and never seen a salamander, but we did see some deer. This walk can be extended to a circular hike by continuing after the lake, down the obvious path to the road in the valley, then connecting back to the start point. Another alternative is to start at El Tarter for a circular walk, go up to the lake, down to the valley, follow the main road to Hotel Eurosky, and take the obvious path opposite the hotel, which takes you back to El Tarter.

    A wonderful hike for experienced hikers. Great views, interesting terrain. The path is often invisible, but mostly marked (with faint yellow marks to start with, then mostly stone cairns).

    An excellent hike. WE did it in May, when most of the path was covered in snow, and again in September, where autumn colors feel the slopes. Note that the easier route is to park at the obvious carpark at the end of the valley and do this as a return hike.

    Eine sehr schöne Strecke. Wir hatten die Tour noch etwas verlängert bis auf den Gipfel des Pessons, von wo aus man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Tal und die umliegenden Gipfel hat. Damit war die Wanderung dann am Ende etwa 4 km länger mit zusätzlichen 300 hm. Hat sich aber auf jeden Fall gelohnt! :)
