The route, also suitable for those with reduced mobility, starts at the Terreiro do Paço metro station and is ideal for exploring some of the most famous and central areas of Lisbon in an easy and accessible way.
From Praça do Comércio, where you can admire the Arco da Rua Augusta and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Tagus, the route crosses the lower area of the characteristic Alfama neighborhood until reaching the front of the Museu do Fado.
Praça do Comércio is one of Lisbon's main squares: from here, you walk through the streets of Alfama, Lisbon's oldest neighborhood, and can observe the beauty of traditional Portuguese architecture.
The route ends at the Museu do Fado, a museum dedicated to the musical genre that is a symbol of Portuguese culture: fado. The museum is accessible to people with disabilities, thanks to ramps and elevators that allow access to all floors. Audioguides are available in several languages, including Italian.
