- There is a gastronomic offer in Kraichtal-Unteröwisheim and Östringen-Odenheim. Be sure to plan your stop for a meal after the hike in advance.
- The castle in Kraichtal-Unteröwisheim, the former care farm of the Maulbronn monastery, is worth seeing and is now operated by the YMCA as a group and conference house.

Roadbook
The "Panorama trail Kraichbachtal", founded by the hiking group IVV-Besenhex, initially follows the Kraichbach, passing the Unteröwisheim castle. It continues a bit through the village, then to the Breitwiesen biotope and along the Neuenbürger Bächle creek, up through the vineyards. In the vineyards, the path then splits.
The 11 km route leads straight to Kraichtal-Oberöwisheim. After crossing the interesting town center, it goes through a hollow up to the Klopferhütte hut. From there, it goes down through the Ewing hollow to Kraichtal-Unteröwisheim.
The 20 km route passes an ancient Stone Age settlement and continues to Kraichtal-Neuenbürg. From there it goes further towards Östringen-Odenheim. Then it mostly goes through the forest back to Kraichtal-Unteröwisheim. At the Klopferhütte, the path meets the 11 km route again.
