The starting point is the Havlíčkův Brod – square junction, from where we head across the square along Dolní street to the rondel, where the red trail turns left and climbs up the road towards Bartoušov. At the edge of the town, we must not miss the place where the red trail turns sharply left down near a family house towards the Sázava River. Between the fields, we reach the village of Termesivy. From the namesake junction (450 m), we continue with the red trail towards Pohled along the path of Karel Havlíček Borovský, passing the almost unnoticeable fortress site Hadrburk on the left bank of the Sázava. Beyond the railway on the other riverbank, we reach the village of Pohled and the Cistercian monastery Valley of the Virgin Mary, which was later rebuilt into a chateau. We walk through a linden alley around the chateau, after which we turn left from the red trail and further along the alley head across the main road to the forest. Now we climb more steeply through the forest about 1.5 km to the hilltop with the pilgrimage church of St. Anne. Previously, there were baths with an inn near the sulfur-iron spring. Back to Pohled, we descend the linden alley past a small parking lot by road no. 18 from Havlíčkův Brod to Přibyslav. We descend about 1.5 km back to the chateau and church, where we turn right with the red trail down across the Sázava River until we reach the road and the Pohled – ŽST junction (the railway station is a few dozen meters further along the red trail). From here, we continue on the yellow trail towards "Bartoušov 2.5 km" and "Mírovka 4.5 km." We cross the tracks and turn right off the road, where we climb along the edge of the forest at the foot of Dušek Hill. Beyond the forest, we join a field path and descend into Bartoušov. We walk past ponds and then descend again on a field path behind agricultural buildings. At the beginning of Mírovka, just before the bridge over Šlapanka, we turn right onto the road and after 3.5 km return to Havlíčkův Brod.
