From the car park, take the Wannenjochbahn cable car to the mountain station. From the mountain station, the trail first heads slightly uphill in a westerly direction. After about 30 minutes you descend to the saddle of the upper Stuiben Alpe. ( Picture of the signpost ). From the saddle you climb steadily in a southerly direction up to the summit at 2000 metres. The descent is via the same path to approx. 100 m above the upper Stuiben Alpe. There we climb eastwards into a north-facing slope that leads to the Stuiben lift. From the Stuiben lift, a hiking trail leads through a beautiful valley back to the car park.
