Sunny route options on the plateau between Imberg and Hoch Häderich with several places to stop for refreshments and beautiful views. It is also possible to use the cleared winter hiking trails.
Ascent with the Imbergbahn or for fit snowshoe hikers from the base station via the Imberg-Alpe to the mountain station. From here, the tour initially leads towards Alpe Hochbühl. Either passing below the drag lift to avoid the ski operations or a section along the piste and crossing the piste further to the Alphütte Häuslers Gschwend. From there you climb uphill just below the ridge. Then continue westwards towards the "Steinernes Tor", enjoying fantastic views over the snow-covered raised bog towards Hoher Häderich, the Falken, and the further peaks of the Nagelfluh chain. At the "Steinernes Tor" it is only a few vertical meters down to the Alpstüble Moos (place to stop). From there, a variant via the base station of Hoch Häderich is possible. Or you follow the hiking trail signs via Alpe Glutschwanden, Schmalzgrube, and the Hochbühl alpine inn back to the starting point at the Imbergbahn mountain station.
