The Mölbegg is a wonderful powder snow destination high above the Donnersbachtal. The ascent through sparse forests often offers a powder snow dream!
Mölbegg and Edelweißspitze are two classic mid-winter tours for safe conditions. Sparse forests dominate at Mölbegg and free slopes in the upper part. In the lower part there are large avalanche tracks from powder avalanches in 2004, therefore good visibility is required to assess the avalanche situation. A great route in safe conditions!
