Orientation: Pay attention to the direction of the compass on the ascent in the dense steep forest. This applies even more on the descent to avoid drifting too far to the left or right into uncharted terrain.Avalanches: In very unfavourable conditions, the short, treeless summit slope can be tricky, but it is possible to avoid it.

Roadbook
Continue uphill in the forest and, after another forest road, increasingly steeply uphill in hairpin bends. Finally across a small clearing to the highest point (no summit sign, limited view). ¾ hrs.
Descent: Generally the same as the ascent (the dense forest requires fresh snow with a good base). Follow the general direction of descent to the SE, do not drift too far to the right. Enjoy the beautiful meadow below 1260 m down to 980 m, keep left there and follow a forest path into a saddle. On the other side, descend eastwards to a forest road and a flat crossing to the north (push), then right onto a meadow and back to the start (variations in the forest possible).
Descent variant: From the summit more to the E there are rewarding steeper options. Then on a forest road back to the beautiful meadow, 1180 m.
