The Marsberg monastery routes are intended to connect the two Marsberg monasteries in Obermarsberg and Bredelar with the surrounding monasteries. There is no separate marking, but the route signage follows already marked hiking trails.

From Obermarsberg we follow the Way of St. James, which is marked with the yellow shell on a blue background. After the turn-off from the main road (L 817) from Giershagen to Bredelar, we continue straight on the "Old Post Road" (former connection from Bredelar to Giershagen - Leitmar) until the road to Padberg. From there, turn right over the railway, then right again along the B 7 to Monastery Bredelar.
