Liebliches Taubertal
On the second stage, about 16 km long, you arrive at Wertheim, the gateway to the Tauber Valley.
After a steep climb from Boxtal, the path leads through the Schenkenwald with magnificent views of the Spessart and the Henneburg ruin in Stadtprozelten. Before Wertheim, you have a beautiful view of Kreuzwertheim with the castle of the Princes of Löwenstein-Wertheim-Freudenberg.
