Wank - Traverse

The tour is not signposted and offers some possibilities to get lost. Therefore, only a few locals and experts are on the way here. There are always great views of Garmisch and the foothills. The path is steep, to be approached with caution in snow and wet conditions. When descending via the Rosswank, you pass the starting paragliders. The descent towards Gschwandnerbauer is now signposted. Shortly before the inn, turn right towards Tannenhütte, where refreshments and snacks await (observe opening hours!). After the stop, return to the valley station of the Wank cable car, where the bus to the station departs or the car is parked.
