Den traditionsreichen Bergbauernhof führt Hansjörg Neuner nunmehr in der 8. Generation.
Die Landwirtschaft des auf 1020 m liegenden Gschwandtnerbauers umfasst Rinder, Schafe und Geflügel. Wegen der Original „Bayerischen Schmankerl“, wird die Einkehr zur Pflicht. Die kleine eigene Hauskapelle rundet die Idylle ab. Neben den Bergen des Wettersteins geht hier der Blick zu den grauen Felsbastionen des Karwendels.
Der Gschwandtnerbauer ist ein idealer Anlaufpunkt für Eltern mit Kindern jeden Alters.
