Täschalp - Fluhalp - Blauherd

From Täschalp, a beautiful alpine pasture with a chapel, refreshment facilities and idyllic surroundings, the tour climbs up the barren Mellichbach valley. Game can be observed here. The ascent becomes steeper at the foot of the Rimpfischhorn, past the small lake up to the Pfulwe. Often deserted, the view of the Monte Rosa massif is impressive.
The descent leads first to the Fluhalp, where various attractions (such as: the reflection of the Matterhorn in the Stellisee) and further hiking opportunities can be perceived. The direct route to Zermatt leads via Blauherd.
