A beautiful viewpoint above Zermatt.

Breitboden is just a meadow... there's nothing there, but it is a beautiful, and so, so quiet. About halfway between Fluhalp and the Pfulwe pass, this is an easily reachable scenic spot with gorgeous views all around. It's like having your own personal Matterhorn.

We love heading up here on hikes to Fluhalp to experience the majesty to the Zermatt mountains.
