Roadbook
The route then descends on varied trails towards Vorberg–Pichl. Passing traditional farmhouses and peaceful rural landscapes, the trail remains relatively flat before the final climb to Kulmberg begins. After reaching the top, enjoy a pleasant descent into the centre of Ramsau am Dachstein. Continue past the primary school and follow the route towards Gasthaus Edelbrunn.
From there, the tour continues via Dachsteinhaus to Brandalm. The trail then climbs steadily through expansive alpine meadows and open larch forests to the Türlwandhütte. Throughout this section, magnificent views of the impressive Dachstein South Face accompany the ride, making it one of the scenic highlights of the tour.
From Türlwandhütte, the route continues via Neustattalm to Bachlalm. A longer 4 km descent then leads to the main road. Follow the road for a short distance to Hotel Bergglück, where you cross the road and turn left onto the newly upgraded "Old Hachau Trail" forest road. The route continues mainly downhill on well-maintained forest roads through beautiful mixed forests. After a slightly steeper section, you reach a clearing, where you follow the signs back to Filzmoos. The final kilometres once again follow the L219 road, leading comfortably back to the starting point at the Experience Portal Filzmoos.
