Start at the Wellnesshotel Eggerwirt****s in St. Michael, follow the Mur Cycle Path to Tamsweg, where the road leads over the market square to the district administration and follow the road towards Sauerfeld. On the right side, the bike path to Sauerfeld starts again - from there on the road to Atzmannsdorf - continue to Schloßberg - uphill to the left to Ötzboden - downhill section to the junction with the asphalt road Preberstraße - turn left to Prebersee, Ludlalm short ascent, then downhill to Lessach - past the church - turn right - near the Turnschall ruins steep ascent - Polzhof - left to Haslach.
