Beautiful circular route around the Traunstein.
The bike path goes along the Traunsee to Gmunden. From there, we ride up to the Grünberg where you have a great view of the Traunsee.
Passing the Laudachsee, after a descent it goes into the Almtal to the Almsee. Here awaits the last ascent towards Offensee. At the highest point, you descend on a singletrail (partly pushing sections) to Offensee.

From Offensee (parking lot) you first head downstream. At the Ebensee junction, you take the bike path towards Gmunden.
Gmunden city center - town hall square - Traun bridge - ship landing - Traunsteinstrasse - ImGsperr street - Laudachsee street - Himmelreich street Grünbergbauer - Mitterweg - Radmoos - Laudachsee. Lauachsee northeast shore - follow the forest road towards Schrattenau ("roundabout") and turn right at the first street, then follow the forest road towards Hauergraben; after the final barrier, continue on the road to the district of Traxenbichl - B120 - Grünau - Schwarzenbrunn - Weißeneggbach forest road to the first hairpin turn - now a bit steeper, follow the high path past the Weißenegghütte (not operated) towards Gschirrhütte (also not operated) to the highest point of the route at 1029 meters - Offensee. This section is tough!! Caution!! Very steep gravel slope, and the very narrow path up to the start of the forest road is recommended as a pushing section!! Upon reaching the forest road, ride towards Offensee (at the first junction you can go straight to GH Seeau), then right along Offensee to the parking lot - Offensee street - Offensee descent
