Exercises in the areas of strength, endurance, and flexibility are offered at the various stations of the Vitaparcours in Triesen.
The Vitaparcours combines exercise, nature, and fun. On the varied route through the forest, above the Robinson playground, you will find fifteen stations with exercises for flexibility (yellow), strength (red), and endurance (blue). Each circuit is measured and provides information about distance, calorie consumption, and fitness level. In Triesen, there is also a Finnish track at the Vitaparcours. The best part: training is done outdoors – free of charge and at any time.
