Mittersill: running route Kneipp round
A short running route through the forest with a subsequent cool-down for tired legs at the Kneipp facility in Mittersill.
You start your running route at the National Park Worlds Hohe Tauern in Mittersill, one of the most modern national park centers in Europe, where everything revolves around the diversity of the largest protected area in the Alps. Along the flat gravel path where cows graze peacefully on the side, it leads to the edge of the forest. There you pass the next attraction, the Kneipp facility in Mittersill. After the round run, it invites you to cool down and enjoy. Before that, you follow the forest edge heading west, then a short climb and the path return to the Kneipp facility. The entire route runs through the shady forest and is therefore also ideal on hot days. Additionally, you pass several fitness stations where you can imitate various fitness exercises. The end of the route is again the Kneipp facility. Stretching your tired feet into the water now really is a relief and also helps prevent muscle soreness.
