The Wolfstobel church path

From the hotel entrance of Golfpanorama, head straight ahead towards the forest and church along the road by the golf course.

The road turns left and goes straight towards Connyland. At the intersection, turn right and go slightly uphill through Lipperswil past the church and the workshops of Connyland. After about 500m, turn towards the field and continue slightly uphill. The path then splits and leads right towards the gorge. Passing a vineyard, the path becomes narrower,

On the right is the wooded gorge called the "Wolfstobel" with a stream. If you look carefully, just before the path opens onto open fields again, you will find the entrance to the gorge and can easily descend into it and cross it via a bridge. The bridge invites you to linger in relaxing tranquility with a view up into the treetops. Going further shortens the way back to the hotel, which you can see when leaving the gorge, or you can return the way you came and keep right, thus extending the route by 2 km.
