Five-Hut Trail

From Ramsau-Ort via the Edelbrunn alpine inn to the Dachstein house. The path branches off about 200 meters later to the right towards Brandalm. From here you can go right on the switchbacks to the Austria hut, or choose the less strenuous forest path. From the Austria hut you reach the Tuerlwand. Afterwards, it goes to the South Wall hut. The circular route goes to Marboden, to the junction Hofpurgl hut. From here serpentine downhill to the Mar-Alm. From there the 5-hut path leads left to the Neustattalm then along the Dachstein road downhill to the Gloesalm. From there along the slope to a stream bed. From here it goes in the direction of the Dachstein house. After Ramsau you can use the path already described.
