This romantic forest route starts at the Indian playground in the Vilstal, behind the inn "Vilstalsäge." From there, walk towards "Scheidbach Alpe," then continue towards "Kalbelehof Alpe" – always nicely along the Vils. Just before the Alpe, cross the bridge over the Vils – this way you reach the starting point again on a circular route. A nice stop on the way is the Kalbelehof Alpe (open from June to September). At the starting point, you can refresh yourself at the Vilstalsäge.
