Starting from the center of Neusatz, the path initially leads through the village to the Heuberg viewpoint. Further on, the "Mantelstein" leads to the "Hardstein" with its magnificent view over the Laufbachtal valley. After another ascent to the rock formation on the western slope of Omerskopf, the path then mostly descends gently via Schönbrunn and Immenstein to "Burg Windeck". From the castle tower, there is a fascinating view over Bühl and the Rhine Valley. From here, it goes downhill via Waldmatt and the Lourdes grotto back to the starting point.
