From the parking lot or bus stop at the western end of the village first on the road through the village almost to the opposite village exit the path rises after a house passage in the home gardens and leads into the small wooded side valley of Comba Rubbio.
After about ¼ hour the path leaves the stream valley in a right turn and climbs increasingly steeply in the forest, later with a view in open terrain, up to Punta Cucchietti (1257m).
Now following the Percorsi Occitani, descending under the southern drops of Crocetta Soprana into the wooded valley floor of Coma del Pral and climbing up the opposite valley side to the chapel of San Bernando (1014m); shortly afterwards the hamlet of Camoglieres (978m) appears and is soon reached on a comfortable path.
