A short circular route above Oberstaufen PARK with magnificent views over the town, to Steibis and the Nagelfluh chain.
Immediately behind the Kurhaus, steeply ascending, follow the paved road up to the edge of the forest. It continues slightly undulating, mostly along the forest edge, with unobstructed views of the town. After a treeless section with a beautiful view of the Hochgrat and other peaks of the Nagelfluh range, you reach the settlement "Am Stießberg" with several multi-stemmed, mighty oaks.
On the forest path at the old waterworks, it initially goes slightly downhill toward Kühler Grund, then either left over the steel bridge or straight ahead down the Kreuzweg to the Jesus chapel. Alternatively, also downhill via the road. Via the "Lower Panorama Path" past the "Kühler Grund" you reach the starting point.
