Tennenbronn looks back on a lively history: in 1810, Tennenbronn was divided into "Catholic Tennenbronn" and "Protestant Tennenbronn". Both communities were politically independent. This was the case until 1922, when the two denominationally separate communities were united to form a politically independent municipality. Tennenbronn is the youngest district of Schramberg. The 200 farmsteads in Tennenbronn are proof of the typical Black Forest landscape. The farmers are also landscape conservationists. They carefully and expertly manage their meadows and fields and protect the unique beauty of nature. Meadows, forests, vast plateaus and proud Black Forest farms alternate on our tour. In the climatic health resort of Tennenbronn, you can also indulge yourself in the traditional inns or buy Black Forest specialties directly from the farms. In winter, there are cross-country ski trails ranging from 3 to 19 kilometers in length.
