Roadbook
You drive about 3.8 km from the village square Theißenegg towards Kamp and reach the starting point of the route. The starting point of the route is the Bischofkreuz, where the Lavant Valley high path with trail no. 551 leads from Twimberg to Stoffhütte and further to Weinebene. If you come from Theißenegg, turn right about 200 m before the Bischofkreuz. You walk along a beautiful forest path that offers a wonderful view of Kamp and the Lavant Valley. After about 500 m, you cross a forest road, continue straight and come to an unspoiled green meadow. There you are on a section of the Lavant Valley high path trail no. 551. From there, continue past the wayside shrine, along the marked fence, to the edge of the forest. In the forest, you reach a signposted junction for trail no. 1, where you turn right. After about 50 m, you reach an asphalt road; there, turn left towards Theißenegg trail no. 1. We go right along the asphalt road for about 50 m and turn left again, following the magnificent and well-marked hiking trail. After about 1.5 km, you reach a forest road, where you turn right and follow the road back to the starting point Bischofkreuz.

Theißenegg is a small mountain village. The church of St. Magdalena is a Gothic building with a Romanesque core, which is partly still surrounded by a fortified wall pierced with arrow slits.
