Easy hike with ascents and descents, with plenty to discover.
We actually all already know them: the cuckoo clock, the Black Forest cake, the Black Forest ham, the fir trees. But why exactly does a cuckoo come out of the clock? What exactly is important when smoking the ham? The Wunderfitzweg provides answers to these and other questions.

Roadbook
Behind the large playground, we follow the Wild Gutach. At the tennis court, we meet little Simon, who will accompany us. After reaching the Ochsenbrücke (Ox Bridge), the route leads right into the forest uphill.
At the Black Forest cake, take the narrow path that leads out of the forest again on the upper right. Now head towards the chapel, which can be reached via a meadow path.
Behind the chapel, follow the forest path briefly and turn left down the trail into the Ettersbach valley. Via Ettersbachstraße, you reach the Bärenbrücke (Bear Bridge) and the Sägplatz.
