#Introduction:
Over the past centuries, the range of movement and mobility of humans has expanded enormously. Before 1900, our ancestors relied on their own muscle power or draft animals to travel individually from one place to another. At times, they had to cover considerable distances on foot. Walk, like the people before the automobile era, along Tiedexer Tor and Tiedexer Straße into the historic old town to the station.
Discover the magnificent medieval half-timbered architecture and learn how wheels from Einbeck changed the world.
Note: The tour can also be done in reverse (start: Einbeck Mitte Station - end PS.SPEICHER)!
