Roadbook
Heading south, past the Kneipp facility and the Halfing natural adventure pond, the path turns left towards Gehersberg. It then continues to Guntersberg, with its impressive late Gothic St. Bartholomew's Church. Via Stürzlham, the loop leads to Almertsham and then to Sonnering. Passing the castle chapel near Forchtegg and the Halfing parish church, the starting point of the hike is finally reached again.
Refreshment options are offered by the inns in Almertsham, Sonnering, and Halfing.
