Notzenweiher round

The starting point is the parking lot "Notzenweiher" or Käsküche Unterhalden. Follow the tarmac farm track eastwards to the field cross. Follow the field path through the "Einfangswiesen" meadows to the forest road. Here we turn right into the forest and keep right again at the fork in the path. We walk past the bee house to the tarred road from Unterhalden. We finally return to the starting point via the Schwedenkapelle chapel. On this route, you should definitely stop at the moor bath and the Schwedenkapelle chapel. The wet meadows with their characteristic flora are another attractive attraction. Near this tour there are connections to the famous Way of St. James and also to the Swabian-Allgäu hiking trail (Augsburg, Sonthofen). If you are interested in natural monuments, take a detour to the Beilstein boulder.
