Roadbook
The starting point is in front of the Sagamundo - House of Storytelling, where you can download the free audio guides with the story of the miner Peter onto your smartphone. Then follow the orange markings, the legendary signs, and the instructions in the story. Via the Deomirsteig, you reach the Steinwender Wand viewpoint and via the panoramic circular trail, descend to the Brandhofer field towards the Waldwegsiedlung. There you cross the Millstätter federal road and soon enter the forest, where unexpected discoveries await! Along the forest path, passing the Döbriach church, you return back to the starting point.

From the south: Autostrada Udine – Tarvisio – Villach – Spittal/Drau; or from Villach via the Gegend valley to Radenthein/Döbriach – Millstätter See. From the west: Innsbruck – Felbertauernstraße or Brenner motorway/Pustertal to Lienz – Oberdrauburg – Spittal/Drau to Radenthein/Döbriach – Millstätter See. From the north: Munich – Salzburg – Tauern motorway (A10) towards Spittal/Drau until Millstätter See exit (left turn) to Radenthein/Döbriach – Millstätter See.
