Lötschberger South Ramp, extension Eggerberg - Brig
Completely refreshed in 2013 and extended to Brig, the first railway hiking trail in Europe runs on the sunny side of the Rhone Valley along the Lötschberg mountain route of the BLS. The trail fascinates with alpine and southern vegetation, water-bearing irrigation channels, spectacular railway constructions, and great views, but also with cozy benches as well as exciting information boards and panoramas.
Derived from the technical difficulty and the stamina requirements.
