From Munich, you can reach Eng-Alm in about 1.5–2 hours via the A8 towards Holzkirchen and continue past the Sylvensteinsee towards Vorderriss. From there, the toll road through the Risstal leads directly to Eng-Alm.Round trip: On the last day, you will return to the starting point if you ascended via Eng-Alm. If you approach via Laliderertal or Johannestal, you need to take mountain bus 369 to the respective stop.
