A short route from the Kurhaus into the nearby shady Kapf Forest. Return via the "Cool Ground" and the lower panorama route to the starting point.
Behind the Kurhaus, follow the steep paved road uphill. At the top, turn right onto the hiking trail for another steep uphill section, then turn left with a moderate slope to the Windeck viewpoint. From here, there is a beautiful view towards Hochgrat.
From there, follow the path to the left at the edge of the forest. The path through the forest is strewn with many roots. Then follows a steep section at the forest edge to the "Upper Panorama Route." Follow this on the right-hand side and descend over the "Cool Ground" to the "Lower Panorama Route." Return to the Kurhaus on this path.
