After the section of the Fürstensteig you reach the Gafleisattel – from here you can already see the cross of the Gafleispitz. The path ascends towards Drei Schwestern. The turnback to Gafleispitz is unmarked but clearly visible. At the top you’ll be rewarded with a wonderful view: towards the Rhine Valley, Lake Constance, and the nearby mountain range of the Rätikon. The return trip follows the same path back, but can also, depending on the variant, go via Chemi towards Bargellasattel and then back to Bargella and Gaflei. This option is also possible for the ascent if you prefer to avoid the Fürstensteig.
