From the car park at the Glan, we turn left into the main street. Through the village center, we reach the Rehborner Strasse by turning right. At the cemetery, turn left into Lettweiler Strasse. Along the cemetery, we leave the village and walk on district road 78, turning right at the first junction onto the field path. We walk the circular route counterclockwise. At the end of the field path, we turn left. The path leads along the vineyards southwards. After about 900 m through the vineyards, we reach the edge of the forest. The path ascends steeply for 500 m to the hilltop. At the top, we cross the nature reserve and leave the Hellersberg pond on the right. At district road 78, we turn right and at the first junction on the left side, we leave the height and continue eastward. We reach the forest and walk about 400 m through the forested area. The path along the hillside is about 1.5 km long and leads back to the entrance of the village.
